Five CAA Schools Take Part In Bone Marrow Drives

The UMass spring football game will take place on Saturday, May 3 at 11 a.m., at McGuirk Alumni Stadium. More importantly, the UMass football team is conducting a bone marrow drive following the game at approximately 1:30 p.m. Testing for bone marrow donors will be done just outside the stadium. Each test with a cotton swab will take just a few minutes.

The CAA has released its televised football schedule and UMass will be featured in six of the games, including four at home. The Minutemen will be on air on Sept. 13 at James Madison (3:30 p.m. on CN8), Oct. 4 vs. Delaware (3:30 p.m. on CN8), Oct. 18 vs. Richmond (3:30 p.m. on CN8), Nov. 8 vs. Maine (12 p.m. on CSN), Nov. 15 at New Hampshire (12 p.m. on CSN) and Nov. 22 vs. Hofstra (TBD on CN8).
